With our return policy, we want you to feel confident with your Living Hemp CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org and or a phone call to (212) 594 – 1815. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame along with your receipt from purchase. O2 Living Hemp team member will then go ahead and start the reviewable process.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all of the original packaging intact. (Including plastic wrapping). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will get an email notifying you of the return as well as a shipping label that you will apply and will send. This label will be taken care of by Living Hemp if we see evidence of a returnable offense. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a five business days. A 25% restock fee may apply to your return depending on the bulk of the item.
